Canadian songwriter Tia McGraff is originally from Port Dover, Ontario. She spent a number of years in Nashville, but these days, when she’s not on the road, she’s back home in Canada with husband (and fellow songwriter) Tommy Parham. I caught up with both of them during a busy weekend at the end of a busy summer. We discussed the music scene in Canada, Tia’s fondness for story songs (we found lots of common ground there), and, of course, our dogs. (Hey, you’re around dog people, you MUST talk about your dogs.
